  Answer: If you cancel with plenty of notice (ie: at the point of confirmation we had set) then I will not penalise you as things can happen. If you fail to show for an appointment with no notice then the next time we have an appointment, you will be asked to pay an additional £20 or I will deduct some of your time as appropriate
  
  
• Question: I'd like to book for longer than an hour
  Answer: You can do this. However, you need to mail me regarding this and explain in detail what it is your looking for in your meeting. I will then quote you a price
  
  
• Question: I've made a booking, why do I need to confirm on the day or atleast an hour before?
  Answer: I ask you to do this as it allows me to ensure that everything is ok to go ahead and that nothing has come up or that you are not running late. I also find that those who don't follow to this rule are just wasting my time. Failure to do this will more than likely result in your appointment being given to someone else.
  
  
• Question: What happens if I'm late for our booking?
  Answer: If you are late for a booking, your appointment will start at the designated time. However, if I'm running late, then you will receive your full booking. I'm very busy girl and whilst I allocate spare time between bookings, this is to allow me to replenish candles, drinks etc and return the flat to perfect condition for my next booking. I cannot be held responsible for you running late and any clients I see after you should not have to suffer either.
  
  
• Question: What's Your Address?
  Answer: Due to bad experiences in the past. (People trying to turn up and get in without an appointment and in one case, waiting outside on several occassions for me to go out to try and "talk" to me.) I will only give my full address once I receive your confirmation text an hour before a meet. My location detailed above is detailed enough for you to get directions or a rough travel time.

  Answer: Yes. However, I will ask for the hotel name and room number upon your check in. I will then contact you in your room to confirm all the details. This isn't anything personal, just due to a few ruining it for the many as always due to past experiences.
