āŖļøWHERE-Very quiet, respectable avenue, completely free off passers-by public, this is due to how the house is situated, so extremely quiet, away from ,loudness, no heavy traffic despite the time of day, road is in a circle ,only one entrance in and out to the avenue.
āŖļøPARKING- (cars/small vans& transits)-excellent parking, directly a stone throw away, from house, (motorbikes)-either excellent on road parking or feel free to use the front garden of my property, (pushbikes) -either the front garden of the property, I can also confidently say without any second thought that bikes will be 100% safe with or without lock, I also am more then happy, if client would like to bring bike inside for the duration of the booking.
āŖļøFACILITIES on arrival I will meet & greet client at the door* (unless agreed something else) client will be offered drink(hot or cold) , the option of a shower(with use of shower gel/mouthwash/clean towel/deodorant will be provided) and always available if client requests (no additional charges) and of course toilet facilities .
-a spacious, well lit room with large double bed with freshly clean bedding, * condoms,lubes,oils and selection of toys are provided if and when required.
There is also the option of a filming stand for clients requiring to record content.
*PLEASE, NOTE I HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF CONDOMS INC DIFFERENT SIZES, UNFORTUNATELY FOR THE MINORITY OF CLIENTS ALLERGIC TO LATEX, I UNFORTUNATELY DONT HAVE LATEX FREE CONDOMS, THERE FORE ,WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED BY YOU, I HAVE LOOKED INTO SUPPLYING THESE, AND CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE DIFFICULTY GETTING HOLD OF THEM AND THE EXPENSE, JUST DOESN'T SEEM PRACTICAL FOR THE VERY FEW CLIENTS WITH THE ALLERGY,

āŖļøFINANCIAL- Incall booking option is definitely the cheaper option with regards to booking choices, bookings are charged on the duration of booking and if any "extra" service(s) are requested.
*kind reminder * can clients please note, the duration of the booking of which was requested by yourself is the amount charged, it is 100% your decision as to whether you stay the full length , however no reduction or discount will be returned if you decide to leave earlier than the paid for booking duration,

WHAT'S INVOLVED?
ok, slightly different to the simple requirements of Incall booking in terms of what's absolutely necessary if booking is to go ahead.
ā¢For clients interested in going ahead with outcall booking, then I firstly require the essential details
That been
-date & time client would like me to attend and arrive
-full address details Inc house number and postcode
-the duration of the booking client would want.
.DEPOSIT DETAILS
ā”I explain that all outcall bookings require a deposit to be paid prior to booking ( despite me seeing client previously, or the high number of positive feedback a client has), this is not negotiable, if this isn't agreed by client then unfortunately the booking will not be accommodated.
-ā”due to the extreme amount of time wasters and fakes within the industry, a deposit is required which provides additional reassurance that booking is likely to be genuine. The deposit is then used for travel expenses (usually a private driver, however occasionally the need for taxis are required )
ā”the amount usually asked is £25 (if in the local travelling distance) if located further afield then the deposit will be slightly more, definitely the minimum of one way taxi fare journey.
ā”payments can be made either by bank transfer or via PayPal.
ā” 100% understand and appreciate the doubt raised with regards to transferring money over, just like that of course I do, especially to those who have been unfairly treated or conned from those posing as service providers (certainly alot most recent weeks, ) this results in the client understandably having increased doubt,,with all future occasions when a deposit is required. Not to mention makes life alot more difficult for those of us who are 100% honest and genuine

I have an alternative option for clients wanting outcall but won't agree on transferring to myself, unfortunately this is the only other route. If this isn't agreed then the outcall cannot be accommodated, and maybe the idea of incall may therefore be considered?
Client could instead arrange for my collection with taxi firm, but payment of the travel is to be made in advance, so at the time of arranging for taxi to pick me up , pay the estimated fare (given by the firm) over the phone.
Either way I will always advise client to have a look at my profile which shows my 100% positive feedback, in attempt to help with extra reassurance.
-Once deposit/taxi confirmed, I'll ask client whether any specific dress code is required, however I won't travel in a taxi looking anything but respectable, all outfit changes can take place on my arrival.
