Deposit Policy - Mandatory
I require a deposit to secure our meeting. It's 20% of the fee and can be paid via UK bank transfer, SWIFT, or STRIPE (with an additional 3.2% charge for custom references).
Deposits are non-refundable unless I have to cancel our meeting. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel for any reason.
Communication Etiquette
Initial Contact: Contact me via text or WhatsApp using the specified format. AW members should use the site's email and booking system.
Phone Calls: Do not call unless you've messaged me, waited 15 minutes, and checked that my "available today" feature is on.
Avoid Inconsiderate Messages: Use complete sentences and avoid one-word messages like "Hi" or "U avail?" Inappropriate messages will receive an auto-response, and further attempts to bypass the booking process will be ignored.
Fluency in English: Proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling are essential.
Avoid Double Messaging: Wait for my response, and if I haven't replied within 3 hours with the "available today" feature on, you can politely bump your message.
Other Considerations
Availability: Provide your availability, and I'll offer a convenient time. I don't provide hourly availability due to frequent changes.
Location: My approximate postcode is on my profile. I'll share my full postcode after confirming a booking or if you follow my booking process.
Prioritizing Longer Bookings: Be flexible if requesting a one-hour meeting. Sharing your availability is crucial for short bookings.
