  Answer: For a first session, you may wish to book 90 minutes or more, to allow time to become fully relaxed and thus be able to get the most from your session. Or you may wish to book just 45 minutes as a light orientation, and come for a full 1hr+ session at another time.

  Answer: My goal for you to feel comfortable and have a good experience. It is normal to feel nerves for your first visit, and you will find these have melted away by your second session. There are no expectations (though an abundance of misconceptions), and you can decide based on how you feel when you visit. Even if you simply desire a confidential listening ear to get things off your chest, or the intimacy of being held gently, it is your time and your choice how you spend it. Or you may wish to begin with just a back massage, and settle in to something more at your own pace.
